How to Apply to a Berklee Graduate Program

Each graduate program has its own admissions process.

Start by selecting the campus or school where your program takes place.

In general, our graduate programs require that the following three steps be completed in order to receive an admissions decision:

Step 1

Submit Your Application Form

Create your account on the application portal, and pay the nonrefundable fee to submit your application. Note that the application fee is waived for Berklee alumni.

Step 2

Send Your Transcript and Supporting Materials

In addition to the online form, you will need to submit additional supporting materials and have transcripts sent from any school you have attended. Supporting materials vary by graduate program.

Step 3

Complete Your Interview

Applicants to all master's degree programs will be contacted by admissions if they are selected to move forward in the admissions process with an interview.

Throughout the admissions process, we recommend that you sign in to the application portal regularly to ensure that the admissions team has received everything they need to issue your decision. Any outstanding items will appear in your Next Steps checklist.
