How do I apply?
There are two ways to apply for the program:

1. Apply online using our secure server (requires a credit card for the application fee); or
2. Complete the application form (PDF) and mail or fax it along with the $50 application fee to:

   Notification of Enrollment
   Please allow us six weeks to process your application. Once your application has been processed, we will notify you of your enrollment status by mail.

   International Student Visa Information
   International students are required to obtain a valid Form I-20 and F-1 student visa to enroll in this program. You may NOT participate in the program on a tourist visa. You can find the necessary visa information and related forms here.
