Apple's QuickTime
If you are having problems playing QuickTime streamed audio or video, try the following:
First, try reinstalling QuickTime.
On a PC, if you are unable to successfully install the latest version of QuickTime, first uninstall the older version using Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs.
If you are behind a firewall, and can't receive the stream, try changing your transport settings:
On a PC, go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>QuickTime.
Set Streaming Transport to use HTTP, Port 80.
On a Mac (OS 9), go to Apple>Control Panels>QuickTime Settings.
Set Streaming Transport to use HTTP, Port 80.
On a Mac (OS X), go to Apple>System Preferences>QuickTime>Connection.
Set Transport Setup to use HTTP, Port 80.
Normally, the best setting for Streaming Transport is Automatic, on PCs and Macs.
