The registration appointment time that has been set up for you is the earliest date and time you may register for spring 2014 courses. We have scheduled your registration appointment for a time of day when you are not in class.

Reminder: Friday, November 8, Last Day to Withdraw from Fall Courses

If you wish to withdraw from a Fall 2013 course, you must complete a Student Initiated Withdrawal from a Course form at the Office of the Registrar by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8.  You will then receive a grade of "W" for that course.

Alejandro Sanz to Receive Honorary Doctorate from Berklee

Spanish superstar Alejandro Sanz will receive an honorary doctor of music degree from Berklee at a career-spanning concert performed by Berklee students on November 6, 2013. Sanz, who has won a total of 16 Latin Grammy Awards and three Grammy Awards, is being recognized for his achievements and influence in music and for his enduring contributions to international culture.

Bill McGoldrick

Bill McGoldrick of Norfolk, MA, and Pamela Stiebler ’13, were named the best acoustic act in the 2012 local music awards hosted by WMRC Radio in Milford, MA. Visit

Stan Bann

Stan Bann of Eden Prairie, MN, was commissioned to compose the brass works “Of Warmer Days” for the Wild Prairie Brass Choir; and “New Wings” and “Caution: Dark Alleys” for the Minneapolis Trombone Choir’s 40th anniversary concert. Visit

James Nicoloro

James Nicoloro of Arlington, MA, heads East Cambridge Piano, which is celebrating its 35th year. Jay Natale ’95 is the manager, and Reed Cournoyer ’74 is a team member. Visit

Johan van Rensburg

Johan van Rensburg of Lyttelton, South Africa, was a pianist and bandleader for a South African television game show from 1991 to 2012 and recorded nearly 600 episodes. Now retired, he composes and records music in his home studio.
