Multi-Grammy-winning percussionist and composer Peter Erskine has played on over 600 albums and film scores and been part of some of the most influential groups in modern jazz.

An alumnus and honorary doctorate recipient of Berklee College of Music, Erskine has supported leading artists like Steely Dan, the Berlin Philharmonic, Diana Krall, Chick Corea, the London Symphony Orchestra, Gary Burton, Pat Metheny, and Joni Mitchell, and released nearly twenty albums under his own name.

In addition to touring and recording, Erskine is an active composer who writes for both screen and stage, and a committed educator and author of books and instructional videos. His 2011 release, Joy Luck, features fellow alumni Vardan Ovespian and Erskine's nephew Damian Erskine.
