Internationally-renowned saxophonist Dayna Stephens has made a name supporting luminaries like Terence Blanchard, Herbie Hancock, Carlos Santana, Stevie Wonder, Roy Hargrove, and more.

This 2001 alumnus and Jimmy Lyons scholarship winner has also established himself as a bandleader and composer in his own right.  While at Berklee he performed at the Monterey Jazz Festival, and was subsequently admitted to the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz Performance. 

His 2007 debut The Timeless Now, which garnered four stars in DownBeat and reached No. 11 on the Billboard charts, and released two records in 2012: Today Is Tomorrow and That Nepenthetic Place
