Native Oregonian Brooke Parrott has put in thousands of miles to craft her latest EP. This 2007 alumna got in touch with her inner melancholy in Seattle, refined it on a disintegrating piano in an abandoned (and some say haunted) pub in London, and honed the songs to perfection in a yurt in the Oregon woods.

She then brought her songs to a studio in Los Angeles, where, with the help of fellow alumnus Wes Switzer, she recorded the six introspective gems on Buried.
