Berklee’s new 16-story campus building at 160 Massachusetts Avenue in Boston will provide students at the world’s premiere music college with some of the best student housing and music facilities in the world, including two-story community rooms, practice and ensemble rooms, a fitness center, a dining hall, world-class recording studios, and a performance venue. Designed by the award-winning architectural firm of William Rawn Associates, the building’s lower levels feature marvelous floor-to-ceiling glass, a design gem that will provide passers-by with a window into the exciting world of Berklee music.

The building's recording studios and music technology spaces were designed by the award-winning Walters-Storyk Design Group, the firm behind such legendary studio spaces as Jimi Hendrix's Electric Lady Studios and LA's Record Plant, among many others. Berklee's new building is scheduled to open in January of 2014.
