Grammy Award–winning supervisor/producer of film music, composer, and educator Andy Hill is director of the scoring for film, television, and video games graduate program at Berklee in Valencia. This is one of three new master's programs to be offered starting in the fall of 2012. Over his 30-year career, Hill has served as vice president of music producation for Walt Disney Pictures and has worked with composers such as Elmer Berstein, Jerry Goldsmith, Howard Shore, and Hans Zimmer.
The Valencia location is Berklee's first international campus, providing opportunities to students who want to study abroad, see the world, and study music with a global perspective. Along with the scoring program, in September 2012 Berklee in Valencia will launch graduate programs in contemporary studio performance and global entertainment and music business. The application deadline is March 31.
