Cedric Burnside is the grandson of the legendary R.L. Burnside and winner of the Blues Foundation's 2010 Blues Music Award for Best Drummer. He's one of several great blues musicians performing in Blues at the Crossroads February 18, celebrating the legacy of Robert Johnson. Johnson would have turned 100 this year, and the occasion prompted the tribute album 100 Years of Robert Johnson, featuring Burnside, David "Honeyboy" Edwards, Hubert Sumlin, and Lightnin' Malcolm, along with rockers Big Head Todd and the Monsters.

On this version of Robert Johnson's "Ramblin' on My Mind," Burnside is accompanied by the Big Head Blues Club.
