The weather in Boston is edging towards frightful. . . but nine Berklee students are having a delightful time finishing their semester studying abroad at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory, the college's partner school in Athens. Follow Rob Hochschild, Berklee's associate director of editorial services, as he watches them try out the drums, observe politics, declare their majors, and expand their horizons. One revelation to start: Student guitarist Rick Carrizales said, "I've grown more as a musician this semester than the whole time at Berklee."
