Born in Los Angeles and raised by a family of musicians and entertainers that owned one of the hippest music venues in the city, Aijia grew up with a coloring book in the back of the bar while acts like the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Madonna took the stage. Aijia’s own piano-based songwriting style is reminiscent of the soul of the Jackson 5, the melodic lines of Alicia Keys, and the lyrical twists of Sara Bareilles. Aijia has shared the stage with Bruno Mars, Jack Black, and Hilary Duff, among others.
