The Process for Prospective Internship Supervisors
Prospective internship supervisors should submit an internship description to the Office of Experiential Learning via our online database
Student resumes are forwarded through the online database via email to the contact designated by the employer, or mailed by the student, at which point it is up to the employer to select the appropriate candidates for interviewing and hiring. It is important for all parties to keep in contact with the OEL.
Create your Organization's Profile
- Click here to Submit an Internship Job Description
- Click on employer login. You will be directed to eCampusRecruiter
- On the left side of the page, under Are You New To This System, click on Employers.
- The database will ask you to run a search for your organization. Although this may be your first time on the database, run the search to continue the registration process.
- If your company is not registered, you will need to fill out the profile form with your email address and create a password. (If you company is already registered, determine which colleague has access to add you as a contact.)
- Complete the profile form and prompts. (Hint: The more information you provide, the more attractive your organization is to the students.)
- Your registration information will be submitted to the Office of Experiential Learning. You will receive an email confirming your registration and system access within 24 to 48 hours. After you receive the confirmation email, log on to create your internship posting.
