Real Estate Agents
Real estate agents are in the business of finding tenants for landlords and finding apartments for renters. While it is usually less expensive if you can deal directly with a landlord, it is not always possible to do that, particularly when the apartment market is as tight as it is now.
The following real estate agents have helped Berklee students in the past or have indicated an interest in working with them. Please note that this list is put together for informational purposes only. The college does not endorse or recommend specific real estate agents and cannot guarantee the quality of their services. Also, note that this is only a partial list of real estate agents in Boston. Other listings may be found in the telephone directory or on the internet.
Real estate agents normally charge a fee (as much as a month's rent) if you take an apartment that they find for you. In dealing with real estate agents, make sure that you ask about their fee structure before making any arrangements or signing any contracts.
