Hey all! How's it going? I'm joining Berklee for the Spring 2010 Semester, taking Contemporary Composition and Production. I'm 24 years old, I play guitar, from Indonesia but I'm very fluent in English and am clean, chilled, and great to get along with. Looking for a room around Fenway or Back Bay area and anything below or at $800 would be great. If you're interested in having me as a roommate (and someone to jam with too :P) feel free to email me. Cheers!

Hello there, my Name is Michael and I am going to be transferring to Berklee for the spring semester of 2010. I am looking for a place to move into with another person. I don't want to limit my choices to just Back Bay, but close proximity to the school is important, as well as no cats! (I am allergic), and preferably no smoking too. I am clean and responsible and would expect you to be the same. As far as music goes, I am a drummer and progressive metal is my calling but I love all music. I am excited for my Berklee/ Boston experience to begin and will be a sick ass roommate. I look forward to hearing from you.

I'm a first semester/transfer voice student at Berklee currently living in Dallas, TX. I'm looking to move into an apartment closer to campus--preferably within the back bay area. Trying not to spend more than $700 a month. I'm really easy going, non smoker, pretty busy between working and classes but still like to go out and have fun. I would prefer to live with girls. Looking for either a single room or other people who are wiling to look for another apartment. Feel free to ask me any other questions. Please, contact me by e-mail vickiem180@hotmail.com or 256-457-5045. I need a place by August 2010 starting (fall semester) but hoping to move in asap after Aug 2010. Cheers!

Hi, I'm a transfer student from UCSC looking for a room starting in the spring semester. I'm 22 (male), I'm a songwriting major, I play the guitar and sing. I sound a bit like Elliott Smith or Sufjan Stevens, if that helps. I'm not a big party person, but I'm not opposed to having a beer or two. I plan on studying a lot so a relatively quiet house or apartment would be nice. A place near the classrooms or at least near a bus or subway stop would be a big plus. If you have any questions please email or call me, thanks! Can't wait to get out there!

Hello all! I recently graduated from Berklee this past May and moved home to IL with my parents to save/make money in order to come back and live in Boston where I'll be starting an internship in January and need a place to live! I'm hoping to find something under $550 (heat and hot water included) that's T accessible into Back Bay/downtown as I'll be spending a lot of time around Berklee with friends/working. I'll live with girls/guys/smokers/non-smokers/students/graduates I'm really not picky :) So if you have a room/place for rent starting January let me know and I'd really appreciate it! Hope to hear from you soon!

I'm a laid back and responsible guy, a non-smoker and non-drinker, so I'm pretty much hassle and drama free. I'd be looking to move in around the beginning of january. Hit me back if you are interested and want to set up a meeting to get to know each other a little better.

I am looking for a place for the Spring semester. I'm going to be new to the area and want to find something decent. I'm 25, cool and laid back, very easy to get along with. Going to Berk for songwriting and performance. Not worried about younger or older roommates. I adapt well to my surroundings. Quiet or loud will do.

I need a room for spring 2010. I would like it to be within a reasonable walking distance from Berklee, at a reasonable price and preferably with a bed and common-use furniture (I don't live in the US right now, so it's difficult to move those). I'm easy-going, clean, considerate and I like to help out with chores.

Hello, my name is Carter Phillips. I'm 18 years old, play guitar, and I recently got accepted to Berklee and need a place to live for my second semester and however long I end up staying. Closer to Berklee would obviously be the most ideal location, however anything within reasonable walking distance of Berklee would be suitable. My mom and I will be going up to Boston to look for places in December, so the sooner I hear anything, the better. As far as roommates go, I'm not really much of a neat freak or a dirt nazi of any kind, but someone with at least a little sense of cleanliness would be appreciated. That being said, I'm hoping for a roommate who likes to have fun too. Age isn't really much of an issue, but I suppose most people generally get along better with people in their own age group. Let me know! Thanks.
