| I have a room in a 2 bedroom apartment that needs a tenant. The room is kind of small, but you could easily fit a full sized box spring/ mattress, small desk, and a small dresser in the room, there's a closet in the room as well. Big livingroom, and nice kitchen. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the Brigham Circle T-stop and the 39 bus and it's only about a 15 minute commute once you're on the t/bus. It's pretty quiet around here except for some northeastern parties around every once in a while. I have a full time job, and go to Berklee full time. so I won't even be there most of the time. Honestly, we aren¹t looking for a super-close friend, but we want to live with someone who we like and feel comfortable with, and are open to hanging out, if that¹s what happens.
You would have a great room, primary use of one of the bathrooms in the house; access to the house (e.g., kitchen, dining room and living room, TV/VCR, front and back porch). All utilities and free wireless included; laundry facilities in basement. Includes easily available street parking; some storage space. We have an awesome yard and garden, and wonderful neighbors.

| looking for a place just for winter semester? luxury apartment in revere off route 1. 15 minute commute berklee by car. laundry in unit, central air, dishwasher/disposal, all pets okay. living room measures 14' x 23'. bedroom is 13 x 13 and has a walk in closet with shelves. i haven't had any issues with noise here. there is also an outdoor pool, fitness center, club house with a bar, movie theater, and plenty of parking (included in rent). I've found this to be a wonderful, luxurious, cost efficient alternative to living in Boston. I can also tell you where i find available parking meters every day. the lease term in january through july. you would be added to the lease, and i would be taken off the lease. you need a $750 cleaning deposit and first months rent to move in. |

| I'm a 4th semester student who is going to study abroad in Greece for a semester. I need a sublet for my room from January 1st through September 1st (because I most likely will not be taking summer classes). The location is great, right on the corner of Linden St. and Brighton Ave. If you plan on taking the bus to school it stops directly across the street and takes about 15 minutes. If you take the T its about a 5 minute walk to the Harvard Ave. or Packard's Corner stop, than right down the green line to Hyne's (right at Berklee; T ride from Harvard Ave. to Hyne's usually takes about 30 mins. but varies depending on time of day). The room is one of four bedrooms on one floor of a 3 story house. It's a pretty large room in a place with 2 bathrooms, a spacious big kitchen, a living room and two porches (one in the front and back of the house). The laundry room is in the basement. Heat and hot water are included so other than rent you only have to worry about electricity, internet and gas (which of course is split between you and the 3 other room mates and usually only comes out to around $50 or $60 total). Our neighbors are also Berklee students and are very easy to get along with. One of my current room mates is also going to study abroad so there's also a second room available at the same price. The two other room mates who I'm currently living with are very easy going, fun, respectful and down to earth. If you are only interested in renting from January until the end of the semester please contact me anyway but understand that someone who is looking for summer as well will get first priority. | Watertown: 2 Bedroom apartment available on the ground floor of a big beautiful old 2-family house. The house is on a quiet, leafy side street in a friendly, safe neighborhood a 6 minute walk from Waverly Square or a 10 or 15 mins walk from Watertown Sq. Nice park and tennis/ basketball courts a few blocks away. Lots of character and nice detail throughout the house. The apartment has a large open plan living room with gas fireplace, dining room, bathroom (no –that’s not open plan..). The 2 bedrooms are medium size, with closets, and if needed there is extra space for storage in the semi-converted basement. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars for off street parking. There are hook-ups for a washer and dryer (a washer and dryer may be available if needed) and there is a dishwasher installed. Heat is from circulated steam radiators, and the gas –fired boiler is brand new.
Getting around is easy: Waverly Square in Belmont is very, very close. From there, you can take the commuter rail or the 73 bus. There's a huge, beautiful Shaws there, too. Watertown Sq. has great shops, restaurants, Starbucks, Whole Foods etc. nearby. Easy access to surrounding towns: Cambridge, Newton, Waltham, Arlington, etc. The Mass Pike has an exit/entrance right at Watertown Sq., and it’s also easy to take Storrow/Memorial Drive into town and avoid the tolls.. The Charles River runs through Watertown, and there are nice river walks, -you could cycle into Harvard or downtown if you liked.
Current tenants have just bought a house, so the apt. is available from Dec. 1st, (can be viewed anytime). Rent is $1350 /month, 1 year lease, (typically prefer to run leases Sept 1 thru Aug 31, can discuss the lease end date). Need 1 month security deposit and first month’s rent to move in. Utilities not included. We are looking for considerate, mature (..mostly), responsible tenants with a sense of humor and a willingness to keep the place clean. We prefer non-smokers (outside ok) without pets, (but 1 cat may be negotiable). |

| I'm a second semester Berklee vocalist in need of a roommate for spring semester. I currently live in a small 1-bed split, but may be soon moving into a 2 bedroom apt. The 1bed split was $1750 total a month, and the 2 bed is $1920, but we also need to pay for electricity and internet/ cable ourselves (generally $30 each/month). If you look around at apts, you'll see that it's really not a bad price since we'd be splitting the bills between us. I could also send you pictures of the place if you like.
I'm 20 years old, relatively neat, and keep to myself for the most part. I'd like to have a cat if it's alright, but do not have one yet. I'm not a huge partyer, though I will enjoy a beer now and then, so if you are then we'd have to set a few simple ground rules just in terms of not disturbing each other's peace.

| Hello, my name is Carter Phillips. I'm 18 years old, play guitar, and I recently got accepted to Berklee and need a place to live for my second semester and however long I end up staying. Closer to Berklee would obviously be the most ideal location, however anything within reasonable walking distance of Berklee would be suitable. My mom and I will be going up to Boston to look for places in December, so the sooner I hear anything, the better. As far as roommates go, I'm not really much of a neat freak or a dirt nazi of any kind, but someone with at least a little sense of cleanliness would be appreciated. I am posting on behalf of my acceptance to the Berklee study abroad program. I have been accepted to study in Greece this upcoming spring 2010 semester and need someone to fill my space in my apartment.
The rent is 587.50, and the place is in Back Bay, literally minutes walk from Berklee, and the time will consist of January through May, however, here's the tricky part: I'm splitting a studio with my friend who's a Berklee grad. He is a very focused person, and with such close quarters you need to be more respectful than ever. The only way he and I make it work is because we know each other very well. (going on 5 years now)
