| I am a Berklee student who is graduating this May and my roommate and I are moving out after the graduation. The current lease is through August 31st, but we are looking for someone to take over starting either May 15th, or June 1st with an option to renew the lease for the next year. It is a 1 bedroom split into 2 bedrooms and rent is $1715 per month total, all utilities included except electricity which is usually about $15 to $20 per month depending on the usage. Laundry is included in the building in the basement and the apartment is just walking distance from Berklee, Boston University, & Northeastern. | The room is on the third floor of a large, Victorian house very close to Harvard Ave. There are six rooms in the apartment, three on the second floor and three on the third floor. This room is on the third floor. The other five roommates are all single males who are either students or working people. The house is very quiet and everyone is very respectful. There is a large kitchen with a full-size fridge, gas stove, large microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Everyone is pretty good about cleaning up after themselves. There are two full baths, one on the 2nd Fl. And one on the 3rd Fl. Laundry is located in the basement. All utilities including heat, hot water, electricity, cable, wifi and laundry are included. There is parking available behind the house for $100/mo.
The house is about a 3 minute walk to the T. And the T-ride to Berklee is about 10 minutes.

| I need to sublet my room this summer to a responsible student. Its probably the best location a Berklee student could ask for. Its in the Parkside building on the corner of Westland Ave and Hemenway, only a 2-3 min walk to the 1140 Building down hemenway and a 4 min walk to the 150 building. Its a 2 min walk to WholeFoods Organic grocery store and a few min walk from several T stops. My window overlooks the park! The building is beautiful with full-time security and elevators. I'm on the third floor and each floor has their own laundry machines and trash chutes. There's even a convenience store actually IN our building so you don't even have to get out of your PJs to buy milk! Room features include: a large desk, closet, a brandnew supercomfy queensize bed , large room, hard wood floors, a large bathroom, and full kitchen with all appliances. no pets or smoking. $900 includes everything except internet |

We are near to Shaws Supermarket and Super 88. There are many other restaurants and stores nearby. To go to berklee takes 20 minutes by train, but Fordham practice building takes only 5 minutes walk from our house.

AREA: There are many nightclubs, restaurants, and specialty food stores. Allston/Brighton contains many beautiful homes that have been converted to rental space. The commute into Boston is made easy via trolley and bus routes that run consistently. This neighborhood is a great alternative to the hectic downtown lifestyle yet still has all the city conveniences. |

| I'm a 5th semester student at Berklee and I desperately need a sublet for the summer. The place is the entire 2nd floor of a three story house and is in a pretty nice neighborhood. The whole place has newly finished wood floors in every room, a full size kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink disposal, and ample counter space, 2 bathrooms, a good sized living room with a couch and TV, and a balcony in the front and back of the apartment. There are 4 bedrooms/roommates all together (including yourself). My room, the room you may be renting, is pretty big and will be furnished (large shelves, desk, bed, dresser, lamps, end table, area rug) unless you desire other wise. There is a decent sized closet and 3 windows. Aside from rent you'll be responsible for 1/4 of an electric bill, gas bill, and internet/cable bill which all together only runs about $50-60 per month. The roommates are Berklee students who are 5th and 6th semester and are both very easy to get a long with. The apartment is on the corner of Linden St. and Brighton Ave. in Allston so it's about a 30-40 minute walk to Berklee (not bad at all during the summer) but the best/quickest way to travel to school would be the bus, which stops right in front of the apartment and takes about 15 minutes to get to school. You could also take the T which is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment and another 20 minutes or so to get to Berklee (give or take 5 minutes if it is/isn't rush hour or very early in the morning). I've put May 7th as the time to move into the apartment because class ends for me on the 6th of May. Basically, I need someone to take over as near to the end of the semester as possible so the move in date is slightly negotiable. This sublet period will be right up to August 31st so I am looking for someone to commit to the entire summer. Located at The Fenway and Westland Ave. A few minutes from Boston conservatory, five minute walk to Berklee College of Music, fifteen minute walk to New England Conservatory. Beaufitul, well maintainted building. Apartment is completely furnished, has hardwood floors, a balcony looking out onto Westland park, air conditioning, 3 large closets great for storage, internet, cable, TV, all kitchen appliances you would ever need. Laundry is located in the basement. This unit has a large living room with desks a table and chairs, couch, a small entry hallway with a bookcase, and a good sized bedroom with two twin beds two dressers, closet, and room for laundry/ other storage. Kitchen and bathroom are generously sized.
The building is clean and quiet, it is beautifully maintained and the land lord and maintenance guy are at the apartment every morning cleaning and doing any repairs that people have. I am a trumpet player, and my roommate plays trombone and we generally practice at the apartment, there are some other musicians in the building who practice also. The landlord does not like people disrespecting the building or disrespecting other tenants, as a result this apartment is extremely quiet and peaceful with no people partying.
This apartment is in one of the safest parts of Boston, near Berklee’s 98 hemenway dorms, near Boston Conservatory’s campus, and near some Northeastern buildings. In my 2 years living here there have never been any incidents with theft or crime. There are security cameras throughout the building. I am looking for two people to sublet the apartment and each pay $825/ month. The only utilities to pay for are cable/ internet ($36/ month) and electric ($40/ month).
