| I'm a second semester Berklee vocalist in need of a roommate for spring semester. I currently live in a small 1-bed split, but may be soon moving into a 2 bedroom apt. The 1bed split was $1750 total a month, and the 2 bed is $1920, but we also need to pay for electricity and internet/ cable ourselves (generally $30 each/month). If you look around at apts, you'll see that it's really not a bad price since we'd be splitting the bills between us. I could also send you pictures of the place if you like.
I'm 20 years old, relatively neat, and keep to myself for the most part. I'd like to have a cat if it's alright, but do not have one yet. I'm not a huge partyer, though I will enjoy a beer now and then, so if you are then we'd have to set a few simple ground rules just in terms of not disturbing each other's peace.
If it sounds like we'd be an ok match definitely let me know by email and we'll chat more.

I am posting on behalf of my acceptance to the Berklee study abroad program. I have been accepted to study in Greece this upcoming spring 2010 semester and need someone to fill my space in my apartment.
The rent is 587.50, and the place is in Back Bay, literally minutes walk from Berklee, and the time will consist of January through May, however, here's the tricky part: I'm splitting a studio with my friend who's a Berklee grad. He is a very focused person, and with such close quarters you need to be more respectful than ever. The only way he and I make it work is because we know each other very well. (going on 5 years now)

| Warm, friendly, and clean, room in 4 bed apt in the newly popular Mission Hill (It's the less frat version of Allston). The room is modest but full of sunshine. There is wireless in the apartment which is split 4 ways. In fact all utilities are split between roommates. All three are hard-working Berklee students 2 female, 1 male. Brigham Circle shopping area is right up the street (about 10-15 blocks). Laundry and orange line are around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to get to school on the Orange line or by bike. | You would be living with my Brother Jose, who is a nice 31 year old guy and a music student at Berklee College of music.
The room is Large ( I have a queen size bed, two dressers, a coffee table, desk, and bookshelf and still have room to do yoga and workout in the room), and has hardwood floors, a closet, track lighting, and lots of light (two big windows).
The building is all young people and very relaxed/pleasant. there is laundry in the building. Also, if ya like baseball, its right by fenway park :)
Its in a very nice part of boston for a young person to live, walking distance to trader joes, whole foods, tons of bars and restaurants and night life, cafes, the best shopping in Boston ( newberry street) and both the green and the orange line trains as well as buses. I just moved to boston two months ago to come to Berklee College as well and have found this neighborhood to be awesome. I'm only moving because I am used to living alone and lucked out and found a place not too far away.
