| I'm currently looking to rent a beautiful and spacious bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment located on Westland Avenue, which is approximately a 3-5 minute walk to the Berklee College of Music. Not only is the apartment in a safe and attractive location, but this unit also features a fine kitchen, wood floors, a decent sized hallway and a clean bathroom. The tenant would be taking the larger of the two rooms, which also has a great view of Westland and the surrounding architecture. Gas, heat, and hot water are included! | Nice house in a cool area. Even tough the room is relatively small, it's very livable. It also makes it very payable.

The house is very close to the T, Stores, bars and restaurants are also very near. The house isn't to close to Berklee, wich can also be a good thing. But like i said, the T station is a 2 minute walk (literally!), and its quick and easy getting to Berklee by T.

It's $660/month and is only 1 minute walk away from Berklee's Fordham Road facility and the Harvard Ave. T-stop on the B-line.
The contract runs from 1 Sept.'10-31 Aug.'11. Heat and hot water is included and there's laundry and dryer in the basement.
You need to pay 1st and last month's rent as well as a security deposit (equals 1 month's rent). You will also need a cosigner (guarantor).

There are 2 units in the building-- one on the 2nd floor, one on the 3rd floor. The available bedroom is on the 3rd floor and is $925/month. The unit is super nice, has a HUGE beautiful living room, and your future roomies are AMAZING-- all chill, SUPER nice Berklee girls!!
Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Gas/electricity/cable/internet run about $35-65 extra per month.

| live in a lovely eco/bike friendly nonsmoking clean vegeterian home, on the second and third floors of a house. At the end of the street is a newly renovated playground (adorable!!!) and the location is very close to the T. Also, the 87 and 88 buses come at the end of the street and they each go to the Lechmere T stop on the green line.
Each of the rooms are large, minus one, hence the price for 440. The little room however, is attached to a porch and is quite nice. two of the four rooms have large closets, and two do not have closets. The ones without closets are attached to the second floor porch. All rooms have lots of windows and get wonderful sunlight.
There are 2 bathrooms....Well one half bathroom on the second floor, and one full bathroom on the third floor. Water pressure is great ( I know it's important!!!)
Speaking of water pressure, there is a washer and dryer AND dishwasher! FANTASTIC! Now that doesn't mean you shouldn't wash your dishes and leave them in the sink for days and then expect someone else to put them in the dishwasher. I try to keep a clean responsible house, so I would appreciate like-minded flatmates :)
there is lots of basement storage, a driveway, and a garage (but no one uses the garage for parkng, it seems to also be for storage.
Please have a steady form of income so we can pay rent and utilities on time in full! If you would like to see the apartment, there is a one year lease to sign to move in. I think all that's required monetarily is first and MAYBE last, but I dont think so. If it sounds good to you, write back like yesterday because the landlord is going to show it to random folks if I don't find people! Please tell me all about yourself.

I will be a freshmen in Berklee in a months and I need a room. I am majoring in Cello and thinking about minoring in guitar if I can. I'm not that picky or I drink/smoke/drug. I won't say I am always nice, but for most, I am very nice person. I don't mind sharing a room, but I really want a place thats close to Berklee (especially string department) and any good restaurant area. I see a lot of people saying wholefood, but I leave in VA so I dont exactly know where in Boston Wholefood is... So please hit me up!
Oh and I really want to move in before August, for goodness sake I cant handle my parents scolding at me hahaha...

| Hi, my name is Tusk, currently 3rd semester guitar principle, songwriting major at Berklee. I'm also a Japanese and devoted Christian. I have a smaller room available $680 for a month in an apartment in 55 Burbank st which is 5 min walk from Berklee, and right next whole foods (grocery store) and Boston Symphony Hall. (You can look up on google map and see how close it is.) I think this is the cheapest offer in Backbay area through my research so far unless you split a room with someone. There are only two rooms and I'm getting bigger one and paying more. Your possible room gets direct sun light and a closet, and it is your own individual room. There are clean kitchen, bathroom. There is no living room. Heat & Hot water is included. Laundry is in basement.
If you love God and music, and go to Berklee, you are perfect! I also don't mind if you are not a Christian, but I want to have a roommate who is non-smoker, clean, organized, and easy-going and focused. Total rent for the place is $1425, hot water included (yes, heat's an additional cost but apparently the current tenants didn't pay much as the apartment keeps pretty warm in the winter). It's a 5 floor walk-up which, seems like too much but there's always a trade off for city living- the price and location are too amazing to care about stairs, I think. The bedrooms are not of equal size, one is considerably larger than the other- we can decide to price each room accordingly or split rent evenly and flip a coin- $712.50 even split... A little about me, I'm a 25 y/o working professional (gay) male; originally from Southern California but I've lived here in Boston for about 7 years- I studied undergrad at Berklee and recently started working for the college, in Admissions. I also help a friend run a restaurant in the South End (very busy schedule- phew!). My living habits are such that I am responsible, quiet and I pay bills on time. I'm no neat-freak,but I do keep a tidy space; especially in the kitchen and bathroom areas. I would welcome the occasional event/guest/party but would prefer a quiet place of solitude to retire to each day. This apartment is very near campus yes, a little removed from most Berklee housing- it's nice to get away, trust me; I remember... If you're interested, I'd love to chat sometime/meet up and see if we'd get along well as roommates. The apartment is available Sept 1 however, considering the scarce rental market in the city and the soon coming Fall semester, I think it's best the application process is started sooner than later (a deposit will hold the unit and it'll be ours once the application process is complete).
