270 Commonwealth Avenue
Our Commonwealth Avenue residence hall consists of three adjoining buildings in one of Boston's nicest neighborhoods. Commonwealth Avenue itself is divided by a common, which provides a small getaway from the city setting. About a seven-minute walk from the Massachusetts Avenue building, it houses 240 residents in two- and three-person rooms with shared bathrooms. The beds are bunks and individual beds. Most resident rooms are grouped around small lounges. The abundant common space in this building allows for more socializing among its residents, and has traditionally helped foster a strong sense of community. The Commonwealth Avenue building features excellent practice facilities, recreation and exercise rooms, laundry facilities, a TV lounge, and a public use kitchen.
