Alex Frank Scholarship Fund

Alex Frank
Alex Frank was a fixture of the Detroit rock music scene and an ardent supporter of up and coming bands. He asked his family and friends to honor his legacy by providing tangible support for aspiring young musicians. The Alex Frank Scholarship fund was created through Berklee to fulfill his wishes.

Students are eligible to receive scholarship support through the Alex Frank Scholarship fund if they demonstrate financial need and have a strong interest in rock and roll.

The Berklee College of Music Scholarship Office, according to the eligibility criteria described above and college policies for awarding tuition aid, will select a student to receive this award. The college may, at its discretion, award two scholarships per year. The college will not award more than two scholarships from this fund in any given year. Recipients are eligible to renew the Alex Frank Scholarship assuming the recipient maintains a full course load and remains in good academic standing.

Funds donated to this scholarship are charitable contributions to Berklee College of Music and no goods or services are provided in consideration for any gift received.
