If you have any questions or extenuating circumstances, the Office of Financial Aid staff members are here to assist you. We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Telephone and in-person appointments can be made by calling the Office of Financial Aid at 1-800-BERKLEE (237-5533). You can also email the Office of Financial Aid at financialaid@berklee.edu. We are located on the second floor of 921 Boylston Street, Suite 220.

Our front desk staff are knowledgeable about all aspects of financial aid. If they cannot answer your questions, they will direct you to speak with a financial aid counselor. You have an assigned financial aid advisor according to your last name.
