If you have any questions or extenuating circumstances, the Office of Financial Aid staff are here to assist you. The Office of Financial Aid is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Telephone and in-person appointments can be made by calling the Office of Financial Aid at 617 747-2274 or 800 538-3844. You can also email the Office of Financial Aid at financialaid@berklee.edu. We are located on the second floor of 921 Boylston Street, Suite 220.

The front desk staff are knowledgeable about all aspects of aid. If they cannot answer your questions, they will direct you to speak with a financial aid counselor. You have an assigned financial aid advisor according to your last name.
