Trails and Ways

Trails and Ways have a bossa nova-dream pop sound. The two female and two male members of the band all sing, braiding their voices down landscapes of tight percussion, reverbed guitar hooks, and tidal synthesizers. Their lyrics are political graffiti and lovers’ unsaid conversations, crossing at the borders between Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

British singer-songwriter Covey Clough has managed to connect with listeners through his soul-bearing lyrics and a raw, gravelly voice. Having experimented with different genres such as folk, indie, and electronic, he has found a way to craft his own sound. With his ability to evoke a wide range of emotions, Clough is redefining the meaning of what a truly captivating artist is.
