The Performing Songwriter Showcase 2012 is an annual concert featuring finalists from the Performing Songwriter contest sponsored by Berklee's Songwriting Department. The concert features Berklee student songwriters performing their own songs in the intimate David Friend Recital Hall setting, in diverse contemporary styles ranging from pop, hard rock, folk, and roots to alternative, dance, urban, and country.
