Pianist Christian Li presents a combination of originals and standards.

Mario Evon (Mario Guthrie), the "Prince of Reggae-Soul" will perform not only his original material but a series of covers in an acoustic set, with a host of his friends and some of Berklee's most talented musicians. The instrumentation will include piano, guitar, violin, and percussion.

The music in this recital is the result of four years of exceptional education and unpredictable debauchery. Mark Kilianski showcases his compositions and arrangements as the culmination of his formal studies in jazz composition and informal studies of bluegrass, old-time, and Irish folk music at Berklee.

Italian drummer Giancarlo de Trizio presents his senior recital at Berklee. If you like the groove, the funk, and world music, you can't miss it.

The Pocket Jazz Orchestra will perform compositions and arrangements by Alexander Trampas, as well as Charles Mingus, Thelonious Monk, Antonio Carlos Jobim, and others, in partial completion of the jazz composition major requirements. Emi Inaba's graduate concert, performing her original compositions for jazz orchestra. Inaba’s compositions display a wide range of colors and expressions, reflecting her uniqueness, as well as her command of classical and jazz.

The Piano Department features several outstanding piano students chosen by CD submissions.

This senior recital will primarily be jazz standards performed by Joseph Lofar's jazz quartet, and will feature improvisation.

Each semester, music education students demonstrate their performance skills and their connection to the proficiencies, standards, and skills that they employ as teachers.

Since arriving as a student at Berklee in 1960, Gary Burton has led groups that have defined the state-of-the-art of jazz for five decades, while forming lasting relationships and receiving six Grammys. In this performance, Burton joins bandmates from his seminal groups to celebrate the music they've made together throughout the years. Learn more about the series.
