The Omar Thomas Large Ensemble is an 18-piece ensemble comprised of Boston's best up-and-coming young jazz talents. The group performs modern big band compositions and arrangements of Thomas, a Berklee faculty member and award-winning composer. The Omar Thomas Large Ensemble will be performing new works in addition to pieces from their forthcoming album, "I Am."

Omar Thomas Large Ensemble features: Mark Zaleski, Chris Veilleux, Jon Bean, Tucker Antell, Brian Landrus (reeds); Casey Brefka, Josh Reed, Will Caviness, Ezra Weller (trumpet); Chris Gagne, Clayton DeWalt, Grant Randall, Gabe Langfur (trombone); Mark Cocheo (guitar); Alex Brown (piano); Zach Brown (bass); Mark Walker (drums); Ernesto Diaz (percussion); Aubrey Johnson (voice); and Omar Thomas (composer/conductor).
