Concetta Donato Quartet

Concetta Donato appeared as jazz musician and composer in the TV shows Jazz Life (RED TV, Rome, 2008), Jazz Life 2 (Rome, 2009), and Smart Time (Sicily, 2009). Her first CD as a band leader is entitled Pristine and contains her own compositions and arrangements. She received many positive reviews from JazzIt, Musica Jazz, Jazz Magazine, All About Jazz, JazzItalia, Sentire Ascoltare, SoundContest, A Proposito di Jazz, and L'Isola Che Non C'Era.

Donato taught musical education and classical and jazz piano in public and private schools in Italy before earning a scholarship to Berklee. She graduates in May.
