The Red Room presents the New Brew Lunchtime Concert Series. Every Tuesday and Thursday, Berklee students, staff, or faculty help you either slow down or power up for the afternoon. Concerts are free, all-ages, and open to the public. Bring your lunch, snag a coffee, and grab a seat for our New Brew performances-they're good for the soul. This week's featured artist is Fordham Wilkes.
Fordham Wilkes is the duo of vocalist Ginny Fordham and former Blue Man Group drummer/percussionist Steve Wilkes. They play beautiful ambient pop songs inspired by the paintings of Georgia O'Keefe and Edward Hopper. Their live show is very eclectic: vocals and acoustic guitar backed by electronic sounds that vary from drums to strings to even bird sounds. For this concert they will play downtempo chill versions of holiday favorites.
