Hannah and the Moose / My Own Accord

Winners of Battle of the Bands will be performing their own show at Cafe 939. The battle champion Hannah and the Moose will be headlining and runner-up My Own Accord will open the night.

Hannah and the Moose met one balmy late August night, decided to jam, and the rest was, well . . . history. After spending the fall semester writing tunes and piecing together the perfect band, Hannah and the Moose was officially formed in January 2010. Featuring Hannah Avison on vocals, Moose (Marcus Bagala) on guitar, Moose's little brother Sam Bagala on keyboard, Danny Santos on the drums, and Steve Duerst on bass, the newly formed band embarked upon an epic journey that ultimately lead them to the first-ever Berklee Battle of the Bands at Cafe 939, where they took the coveted first place slot. A soulful mix of rock, alternative, world, and everything in between, the band intends to wow you with diversity and keep you wondering what could possibly come next. After having their premier at the battle, the fun-loving band is ready to show the world what they're all about.

Also playing will be Battle of the Bands runner-up, My Own Accord.
