Hey Rim Jeon and Friends Featuring Robin Eubanks

Born in Seoul, Korea, pianist, composer, and educator Hey Rim Jeon brings her unique brand of Korean-influenced jazz fusion to the 2012 Berklee Beantown Jazz festival. In addition to the premier talent of Grammy Award winner Robin Eubanks on trombone, Berklee professor Greg Hopkins on trumpet, associate professor John Lockwood on  bass, and assistant chair of percussion Yoron Israel on drums, the afternoon concert will feature an exciting collaboration with Oori, a traditional Korean drum and percussion ensemble.
