This forum is the first in a three-part series on guerrilla production—using inexpensive gear and accessible techniques to produce your music. GarageBand is a complete production tool for the entry-level music producer. We will produce a song demo; discuss microphones and audio interfaces, direct input guitar and bass recording, and gear setup; record and edit audio tracks; and mix and export our track to burn on a CD.
