Carly Tefft

Proclaimed the "singer-songwriter phenomenon from Cape Cod" by the Boston Globe, Carly Tefft grabs your attention with her rhythmic guitar playing and soulful voice. With wide-ranging influences such as Carole King, Sheryl Crow, Susan Tedeschi, and Grace Potter, Tefft combines rock 'n' roll guitar playing with a bluesy voice while telling relatable stories in her songs. Starting her second year at Berklee College of Music, she has hit the ground running, most recently winning the Tyler Ward Open Act Contest, in which fans voted for her online, and the Gavin DeGraw Cover Contest.

Her first independent studio EP, Loud and Clear, was released in March 2012, and her songs have hit many Massachusetts airwaves, from Boston to Cape Cod, while receiving rave reviews from critics. Music lovers can expect soulful and energetic performances from Tefft. She also recently performed in Nashville, Tennesee, where she was recording her anticipated second album, which she is expected to release this spring.
