BITR: Berklee In The Round

Berklee In the Round (BITR) occurs on the second Tuesday of every month. Each month, a different faculty member selects four or five students and one special guest (a visiting artist, touring songwriter, or other performer), and hosts an in-the-round performance.

The words "Mandu Mega" come from one of the many languages spoken in Kenya called Kikuyu, a saying that means "good things." This recital will be a selection of pianist Kathy Kiragu's favorite songs by artists from Kenya and other parts of Africa.
