Pick-Up Information

Students must review their orientation materials after they arrive at Berklee for details on when to pick up their laptop package. The pick-up location is in the Student Computer Support Center on the lower level of 180 Massachusetts Avenue.

Important notes:

  • In order to pick up their laptop package, students must have met all financial obligations to the college and be fully checked-in. Students with an account balance of any amount will not be able to pick up their laptop package until their account is paid in full. Even if a student has financial aid that is pending and not yet cleared (resulting in a temporary account balance), you will not be able to pick up your laptop package until after the aid payments have been fully applied to your account and you have a zero balance.
  • Students must bring their Berklee picture student ID card to pick up their laptop. The ID is scanned as part of the pick-up process. No exceptions!
  • Waiting lines can sometimes occur during the distribution, so students who experience a long line may be asked to come back at a later time during the day. We make every effort to distribute computers as quickly as possible.
  • In the interests of safety and convenience, students are advised not to bring their instruments or other large belongings to the laptop pick-up if possible.

Can entering students get their BLPP package before they arrive at Berklee?

No. In order to pick up the Berklee Laptop Package, a student must officially check in, pay all tuition charges and fees, obtain a Berklee ID number and picture student ID card, and have completed any additional registration requirements.
