By upholding the behavioral expectations outlined in the Student Code of Community Standards, the Office of Community Standards and Conflict Resolution promotes a campus culture that supports a student’s academic and artistic goals while ensuring that the Berklee community is a safe community in which to live, learn, and thrive. This is achieved through intentional, educational interactions that balance the needs of individual students and the needs of the overall Berklee community. Community Standards and Conflict Resolution provides additional opportunities for growth and development through programming, conflict coaching, facilitated dialogues, and mediation. Community Standards and Conflict Resolution is committed to developing students into their authentic and artistic selves so they can fully realize their own potential.
