Digital Strategy and Communications
Communications’ role is to help the college and its areas effectively, accurately, and sustainably communicate messages to all audiences, while keeping the core college identity primary.
The office directs the creation, development, and production of a cohesive institutional identity in support of Berklee’s goals, with an emphasis on recruitment and advancement. That identity consists of logos, imagery, text, voice, audio, video, and other elements.
Communications maintains the college’s identity and style guidelines, and manages brand identity across multiple external and internal communications channels, including digital (Berklee.edu and other websites, mobile apps, etc.), print (the viewbook, promotional materials, advertising, flyers/programs, and collateral for thousands of events annually), video (profiles, events), audio (podcasts), social media, and environmental (building banners, campus decoration, signage, etc.).
