Picking Up Your Cap and Gown

Caps, gowns, and tassels are provided at no charge to graduates. They will be available at the Loft at 939 Boylston Street on Monday, May 7 to Thursday, May 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and then on Friday, May 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Bring your Berklee ID or another form of photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, and make every effort to pick them up that week. Although we will have the unclaimed caps and gowns available at the ceremony, getting them that morning will be much more difficult.

You will have time after the ceremony to have your photo taken in your cap and gown. Before leaving, you must return your cap and gown (tables will be set up in the back of the arena and in the front lobby), but you may keep your tassel as a souvenir of this memorable occasion. In the event that you forget to turn in your cap and gown on Saturday, be sure to drop them off the following week at the Office of the Registrar
