Monday, May 3

Graduation Party

"Sugar Shack"

8:00 p.m. to midnight,

One Boylston Place

Boston, Massachusetts

The faculty and staff of Berklee College of Music cordially invite you and your guest to attend a party to welcome you into the ranks of Berklee's distinguished alumni. Music, dancing, beverages, and hors d'oeuvres will be provided. Come early for hors d'oeuvres. You must be at least 18 years of age and bring your Berklee I.D. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under 21 years of age. Proof of age is required.

Friday, May 7

Commencement Concert

7:30 p.m.

The Berklee Performance Center

A student concert in tribute to Berklee President Lee Eliot Berk, who is retiring this summer after 38 years at Berklee and 25 years as President, and to our Honorary Doctorate of Music recipient. Tickets are required for entrance.

Commencement Ceremony

10:00 a.m. The Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center

Roxbury Community College

1350 Tremont Street, Boston, Massachusetts

Graduates should arrive at 7:45 a.m. for rehearsal. Division receptions

will immediately follow the ceremony in the building.

Submit Your Music and Memorabilia for the Senior Farewell Video

To have the video truly represent the class of 2004, your help is needed. You can submit memorabilia (pictures, photo CDs), original music materials (recordings of songs, instrumental pieces) that can be included in the presentation preferably in DAT or CD format. Please submit any photos and music to the Graduation Box, Student Activities Center, 130 Mass Ave., by Monday, March 9, at 5:00 p.m. Please make sure that everything is in an envelope and clearly labeled with your full name, and student mailbox number, phone number, e-mail address, so that we can return all materials to you.
