Though Berklee has always emphasized career preparation, no college curriculum can duplicate the experience of an actual work setting. Berklee's internship program is a great way for you to gain professional hands-on experience and make career contacts, all the while earning academic credit. The Office of Experiential Learning (OEL) oversees the college's internship program, works with department chairs to monitor current internships, and helps develop relationships with new internship sites. More than 100 companies participate in the program, including BMG, Sony Music, Universal Music, Virgin Records, WEA, and Zomba Music.
