Many performers would find this example difficult to sight-read. With experience, you will find that "correct" notation will make it easier.

1. Correct the notation of the following two-measure example using proper note groupings. Each beat should be made visible with a note or rest, except beat four of the second measure.

2. Also, when appropriate, correct the direction of the note stems. Do not change the articulations or the actual sound durations.
