Alumni Reunion: Bringing It Back to Berklee

On the weekend of Friday, June 13, 2014, Berklee held its first-ever alumni reunion.

To those who attended, we'd like to offer our sincere thanks for making this such a special and memorable event. To those who weren't able to attend this time, we hope to see you soon at future alumni events. You can read about the reunion here, and be sure to check out some of the many highlights from the alumni reunion concert in this video playlist:

A portion of the reunion program celebrated many of Berklee’s past faculty greats who are no longer with us. These Berklee Pioneers made indelible contributions to the college’s international reputation through their educational innovation. The college recognizes the contributions of these individuals by dedicating each of the six student lounges in the new 160 Massachusetts Avenue building in their names to commemorate their selflessness, dedication, and commitment to student success. These Berklee Faculty Pioneers are:

  • Alan Dawson and Joe Viola

  • Dean Earl and William Leavitt

  • John Bavicchi and Jeronimus Kačinskas

  • Terry Becker and Robin Coxe-Yeldham

  • John LaPorta and Herb Pomeroy

  • Robert Share
