Berklee Urban Service Awards Nomination

EVENT DESCRIPTION: The Berklee Urban Service Awards were created by Berklee's Office of Community Affairs and Campus Engagement (CACE) in 2010 to celebrate the hard work of Berklee's students, faculty, staff, alumni and partner-organizations in the Boston area. They are based on the principle that institutions of higher education realize their greatest potential when they serve as fully committed members of the local community. Nominations are accepted throughout the year for the next ceremony.

CRITERIA:

  • The project/work being recognized has to have occurred in the 12 months prior to the ceremony
  • The activity must be in collaboration with Berklee College of Music, and it must celebrate the work of the college within the community
  • Past BUSA recipients must wait 2 years before being eligible to win another award
  • The activity should take place in the Greater Boston Area
